SYC East Coast 12 Meters

Welcome to the SYC EC12 Meter page. Here you'll learn more about us and our planned, current and past activities. This year will be a busy one for us. Along with our normal club sailing schedule of Monday and Wednesday evening sailing we are hosting the Green Mountain Regatta! This regatta is part of the New England Cup series within the EC12 class.

 These yachts are as challenging to build as they are to sail. The hull is controlled by the class and must be purchased from a class authorized manufacturer. All the parts needed to build this yacht can be purchased from individual suppliers. An experienced builder would spend approximately 40 hours building this yacht once all the parts come in.
